Responsibilities
– Serve as embedded finance partner to GTM stakeholders, supporting performance strategy and execution
– Own frameworks for resource planning, ROI modeling, and budget allocation
– Lead forecasting and annual planning cycles for Sales and Marketing functions
– Oversee and continuously refine monthly sales commission programs
– Provide financial guidance for strategic pricing and enterprise deal positioning
– Develop unit economics and pricing models that support growth and profitability
– Mentor one direct report while fostering cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
– 5–8+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance
– Minimum 2 years supporting GTM teams in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment
– Proven analytical acumen with advanced modeling capabilities
– Track record of strong business judgment and strategic thinking
– Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a scrappy, solutions-first mindset
