This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will oversee planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Lead pre-construction planning, including feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Ensure projects adhere to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor daily site operations, overseeing site supervisors and construction teams.
Implement cost control measures and proactively manage project budgets.
Risk & Quality Management:
Identify potential risks, delays, and budget overruns, implementing mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
Troubleshoot project challenges, offering creative solutions to keep progress on track.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates.
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Lead project meetings, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Team Leadership & Development:
Oversee and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience managing commercial or residential construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and industry trends.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
