We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our established Healthcare organization located in Hartford CT. You would be working for an organization that has been providing various types of treatment services to patients through our walks of life for over 30 years. We have multiple departments included but not limited to Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Primary Care, and Women’s Health. Our primary focus is to provide the highest quality care to the patients that need it most. You would be working alongside a group of RN’s that have been working with the organization for many years. We have a very low turnover rate of employees and are excited for growing our organization in the future years. This opportunity would be a full time permanent job with full benefits. Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Hartford CT
Salary: $72,000 to $106,000
Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Vision, 401k with a match, PTO, Paid Holidays Off, Vacation, Sick Leave, Short Term and Long Term Disability
Responsibilities:
Administering medication prescribed by doctors
Working closely with clinical team and adhering to company guidelines
Triaging patients via telephone or in person
Communicating and analyzing information including imaging and lab tests
Prepare rooms for patients with supplies and equipment
Interacting with physicians on patient health history
Updating patient records in EMR system
Working closely with Nurse Manager for stocking medication
Involved in cared coordination of patients
Assisted with some prior authorizations when needed
Requirements:
Associates Degree of Nursing
Active Connecticut Registered Nurse license
BLS
