The Role -We’re looking for anApparel Design & Merchandising Assistantwho’s eager to learn the ropes of product development from the inside out.
This is not a corporate “sit and spreadsheet” role. You’ll be part stylist, part merchandiser, part creative explorer. You’ll work directly with our sourcing and design teams, scouting trends, helping shop for inspiration, working with factories, and developing new styles that bring our brand to life.
You’ll learn the business behind the art, and you’ll grow alongside a team that values curiosity, creativity, and commitment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist inproduct development— from fabric choices and trims to final samples.
- Helpshop markets and storesfor trend and design inspiration.
- Work withmerchandising and design teamsto build style boards and product lines.
- Communicate withfactories, sourcing partners, and vendors(domestic and overseas).
- Organize samples, update line sheets, and manage swatch libraries.
- Be part of brainstorms, line reviews, and all the creative chaos in between.
You Are
- AnFIT grad (or similar background)with a passion for apparel, design, and development.
- Obsessed with details — colors, textures, stitches, tags — the small things that make a big difference.
- Adoer and learner, not afraid to take initiative and figure things out.
- Acreative soulwho’s also grounded enough to handle the realities of production.
