Job Title:Member Support Center Specialist
Pay Rate:$20.40/hour
Hours:Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday from 8am-5pm, Thursday-Friday between 8am-6pm and every Saturday from 9am-12pm
*When working Saturday mornings, you will have a half day off during the week

What You’ll Do:
- Assist members with account inquiries and account maintenance via phone, email or other electronic methods
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls
- Troubleshoot calls regarding member accounts
- Educate members on products and services that meet their needs
Requirements:
- Customer service experience over the phone
- Call center or high volume phone experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Navigate throughout multiple programs on a computer at one time
