General Summary/Responsibilities:
The Respiratory Therapist (RT II) functions in a skilled role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence in the practice of respiratory care. The RT II is responsible for the cardiopulmonary assessment, therapeutic treatment, evaluation, testing, education, and communication for all patient populations served. The RT II will coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to promote excellent patient experience. The RT II is responsible for maintaining compliance with the Ohio Respiratory Care Laws, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional and system policies
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree
