The Project Manager manages and directs electric distribution projects in both underground and overhead applications. The successful candidate will direct multiple project teams (consisting of full-time Teammates and subcontractors) and manage the total project scope from conception to final completion.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management, construction crews, and customers
Demonstrated experience in planning and managing overhead and underground electrical construction projects
Ability to manage, report, and prioritize multiple utility construction projects
Ability to represent the project and Team Fishel in public forums and planning sessions
Strong team-building skills
Negotiating skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation abilities
Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools as well as SmartSheets
