Job Summary:
The Clinical Therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy either at The Providence Center or in the community.
Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of assigned patients.
Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments, and integrated summary forms.
Develop and implement a plan of care with ongoing consumer input.
Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment.
Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Canter requirements.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and independent license required (LICSW and/or LMHC).
- Must have insured auto and valid driver’s license.
