Job Title

  • 3+ Years of gathering and documenting business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • 3+ years analyzing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • 3+ years collaborating with development teams to ensure that technical specifications meet business goals.
  • Assist in designing and validating solutions, ensuring they align with industry standards.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting fintech.
  • Gather requirements to complete the High-Level Estimate (HLE).
  • Create all project tickets in JIRA (Development, QA, CAT, Deployments).
  • Update process flows and customer experience documentation if needed.
  • Use AI tools to automate and improve the BA processes

Experience that would be great to have:

Coding experience in Java, JavaScript, or related
