About your role:
Fiserv Output Solutions delivers high-volume, high-quality statement, invoice, and card production across multiple facilities, supporting products and services that enable client payment and identification workflows. The Technical Business Analyst will translate operational data into actionable requirements, drive process improvements, and support equipment modernization. This role partners with engineering, quality, and data teams to improve throughput, reduce defects, and lower operational costs. You will also support the onboarding of large-scale clients during the sales cycle by driving technical discovery sessions with the clients to capture technical requirements for the solutions architecture teams.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Quality and Solution Architecture teams to document technical and business requirements for defect resolution and establish repeatable best practices.
- Collaborate with Process and Industrial Engineers to define technical requirements for continuous improvement and equipment strategy rollouts.
- Ensure seamless operational flow from client data feeds through inventory management, job tracking, production controls, and final product delivery.
- Support onboarding activities for large-scale clients, ensuring data feeds, inventory, job tracking, and production controls integrate smoothly.
- Provide training materials, standard operating procedures, and implementation support to Production and Implementation teams.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience with documenting technical requirements for manufacturing process improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics or related field driving client discovery in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of experience presenting business capabilities and solutions to help attract new prospects.
- 5+ years of experience facilitating cross-functional stakeholder workshops and vendor management during equipment rollouts.
- 5+ years of experience in data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- 6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience leading large-scale manufacturing or print production client onboarding projects.
- Experience using cloud analytics platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue) for manufacturing data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with MRP workflows and inventory optimization in ERP systems.
- Experience in SQL and relational database work (e.g., SQL Server, T-SQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
- This role requires being flexible during non-standard and/or overnight hours if a project requires.
