Position Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our care team in Green Bay, Wisconsin on a full-time OR part-time basis. This position offers flexible scheduling, a manageable patient load, and the chance to work with a collaborative, patient-centered care team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient care to adult medical patients in an acute or post-acute setting.
Perform admissions, daily rounding, and discharges.
Coordinate care with nursing, case management, specialists, and families.
Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the EMR.
