Our community-based organization has a dynamic new practice opportunity in our behavioral health department. As the Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), you would be working alongside a fantastic team of social workers and medical providers. You would have an opportunity to expand your clinical skills and provide quality care to the patients that need it most. Our organization has over 200 employees and we are rapidly expanding our treatment services. We offer services in women’s health, behavioral health, pediatrics, and adult medicine. You would have a very flexible schedule and we are open for either part time or full-time hours. Our clinic is open M-F from 8:30 am to 8 pm and then on Saturdays from 8-12 noon. Full Benefits would be given to you, provided you work 32 hours or more. Bilingual Spanish speaking would be preferred, but not required. Please see job highlights below for further information.

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000, DOE + very generous full benefits package
Responsibilities for LCSW Clinical Supervisor :
Act as advocates for patients and addressing mental illness, addiction, and abuse
Conducting therapy sessions and working closely with patient medical providers
Providing therapeutic services to patients and their families if needed
Maintaining weekly scheduled appointments and documenting notes in EMR system
Working in collaboration with all staff members
Assessing dynamic of patient care and designing treatment protocol
Observing all client behavior and creating diverse and specific treatment strategies
Developing and putting treatment plans in place
Diagnosing psychological, behavioral, and emotional disorders
Researching and referring patients to different community resources when needed
Requirements:
Must have a Masters Degree in Social Worker
Strong interpersonal skills
Prior experience with EMR systems
Preferred 1-year LCSW experience
