About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedApplied Chiller Service Technicianto service, diagnose, repair, and maintain high-performance commercial HVAC systems across the Los Angeles region. This role is critical in supporting mission-essential building operations while ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime for client systems.
Key Responsibilities
Service and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers (screw, centrifugal, magnetic bearing)
Perform advanced diagnostics, teardowns, rebuilds, and full system overhauls
Support system startups, commissioning, and preventive maintenance programs
Communicate clearly with clients regarding issues, recommended solutions, and system performance
Maintain accurate service records, adhere to OEM specifications, and follow safety protocols
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturer-specific training or certifications (York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.)
Experience with centrifugal chiller teardowns and rebuilds
Industry certifications (EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30)
Familiarity with controls or building automation systems (BAS)
