Job Summary:
The Providence Center Child and Family ServicesClinical Therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy either at The Providence Center or in the community. Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of children ages two to six years-old.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments, and integrated summary forms.
Develop and implement a plan of care with ongoing consumer input.
Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment.
Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Canter requirements.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and
Independent license required (LICSW and/or LMHC).
Must have insured auto and valid driver’s license
