My client is a top notch energy management and Building Automation company. They are actively seeking a Building Automation Project Manager. If you come out of the HVAC Mechanical Contracting world or the Building Automation world , we should talk!
- 2+ years of project management experience in the related industry for the Project Manager level:
- HVAC/building automation controls, fire alarm, or security systems; experience in a related construction industry may also be considered
- 5+ years of project management experience in the related industry for the Senior Project Manager level:
- HVAC/building automation controls, fire alarm, or security systems
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams; knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens vehicle program
- High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
