Location:Philadelphia, PA- Home to rich American history on display at the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and other American Revolutionary sites. Also famous for the Philly Cheesesteak and being the largest city in the state of Pennsylvania.Facility:More than 200 inpatient beds, and a host of outpatient services, this hospital has a broad range of specialties to meet patients’ health care needs.Opportunity:
- Hospitalist group consists of 6 Hospitalists, 2 Nocturnists and 4 Per Diems in addition to midlevel providers.
- Seeking associates who will complement their culture of collaboration, compassion and professionalism while being an advocate for the patient, as well as serving the needs of the hospital.
- The candidates seeking full-time employment can expect to work a 7 on 7 off schedule. There is a dedicated employee to rounding 8 hours M-F. The Hospitalist schedule allows for a balance between personal and professional life.
- This hospital has a census of 10-14 patients per physician shift. 60% of patients are seen by the Hospitalist and 40% are seen by Private Physicians.
