Oversees programmatic operations across regional practices. Provides supervision and direction of the delivery of services and related programs. Supports the further acquisition, development and service line regionalization efforts of clinical services and programs. Cultivates relationships with key stakeholders, by working collaboratively with other service lines, across acute care practices and ambulatory sites to promote and develop optimal services. Works in partnership with leaders to promote continuous improvement of clinical services and patient experience throughout the continuum of care.Job Duties
- Assumes responsibility for financial performance, budget development processes, revenue and expense management, and labor productivity across the enterprise.
- Supports the development of business plans and strategic initiatives that enhance growth and operational excellence incorporating best practices and standardization to enhance the LVHN brand.
- Works in concert with physician and administrative leadership to develop and grow clinical programs.
- Partners in the strategy and execution in collaboration with key stakeholders, including review and management of operational KPI’s.
- Leads efforts to identify opportunities and drive improvement of the patient experience and care transitions within the division, program or service line/institute.
- Addresses performance issues promptly and appropriately and uses sound judgment in compliance with policy and applicable laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
- 5 years relevant experience in a physician office practice setting and supervisory experience directing other's work.
- Ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and mature emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrates proficiency in both transactional and transformational leadership.
- Demonstrates ability to partner with stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Excellent computer skills, electronic medical record (EMR), and Microsoft Office suite.
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
