Education and Experience »- 5+ years of instructional design experience; prior work in regulated industries preferred.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, or equivalent.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and compliance training design.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong collaboration skills.
- Looking for a mid-to-senior level e-learning designer with experience building courses for the compliance, financial, healthcare, or other highly regulated fields.
- Looking for someone that is highly skilled in building courses that include gamification, interactivity, quizzes and scoring, videos, and complex course configurations. A few notes below.
