BUILDING AUTOMATION - HVAC - SERVICE - SALES - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As a Controls Sales Executive, you will drive business through the development of relationships of an assigned business portfolio of our existing client base, as well as development of sales leads through personal and company opportunities. Our service base customers cover a variety of industries and vertical markets, from educational institutes, museums, hospitals, government facilities and high rises. You will have ownership of the development of customer opportunities, proposal response, and maintaining customer relationships.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, expand and maintain relationships with Building Owners, Facility Managers, Property Managers.
- Develop the trust of existing and potential customers. Provide technical advice and layout projects to meet customer challenges and budgets pertaining to their building needs.
- Target owners and end users outside what company already works with.
- Focus on maintaining, developing, and converting existing/new accounts to Technical Service Agreement accounts
- Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain and work to a sales plan to hit annual goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years related experience in sales, construction, or technology
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer systems, including the MS Office suite of products
- Passion to continuously develop and improve selling skills
- Self-motivated
