Building maintenance and heavy cleaning is handled by other individuals, but this person will be responsible for providing a top-notch environment during work hours. Some lifting up to 50 lbs. and the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time is required. We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Facilities Attendant to help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. This is a new position designed to complement our existing facilities and cleaning teams. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, notice what needs attention, and keep the building running smoothly throughout the day.Key Responsibilities

- Keep common areas clean and orderly throughout the workday
- Monitor and restock restroom and kitchen supplies regularly
- Empty trash cans and recycling bins as needed
- Wipe down glass doors, metal finishes, and high-touch surfaces
- Keep drinks and refreshments stocked in employee refrigerators
- Assist with setup and breakdown for meetings and special events
- Move tables, chairs, and other furnishings as directed
- Report maintenance needs or building issues promptly
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and courteous demeanor
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial, facilities, or building support work preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the day
- Reliable, professional, and respectful of employees’ work time
- Self-starter with good judgment and minimal need for supervision
- Clean background and stable work history required
- References will be checked prior to hire
