- Strong background in Texas regulatory standards, including experience with TCEQ, BLM, and TRRC.
- Proven success in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, with excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as project demands require. (10% travel)
**Preferred Experience:**
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas.
- Experience managing environmental projects and engineering design for construction phases.
- Demonstrable ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client interactions effectively.
