Join a well-established, multi-state law firm known for providing trusted legal services across the financial services and real estate sectors. The firm is dedicated to delivering efficient, compliant, and client-focused representation in foreclosure, litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights matters.

In this role, you will manage foreclosure matters on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings and documents.
  • Manage all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested matters.
  • Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (both telephonic and in-person).
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide timely updates on case progress.
  • Review and verify chains of title to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and firm requirements.
  • Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the Michigan Bar Association (required).
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload.
  • Experience in foreclosure law or a related practice area preferred.
