Mercy’s Residential counseling Program is voluntary, biblically-based, and helps young women ages 13–32 break free from life-controlling issues and situations, including anxiety, depression, abuse, eating disorders, self-harm, addictions, unplanned pregnancy, and sex trafficking. These residential services are offered free-of-charge. The Mercy Multiplied Center for Wellness and Counseling is Mercy’s free-of-charge Outpatient counseling Program for men and women aged 13 and older. Our Outreach Services train and resource men and women to effectively support and minister to those who are hurting and struggling through workshops, videos, podcasts, discipleship teaching, and other practical resources.

We are seeking a highly organized and solutions-orientedFacilities and IT Managerto lead the oversight and improvement of Mercy’s physical infrastructure and IT systems nationwide. This role plays a vital part in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and aligned with our mission, while ensuring our technology infrastructure effectively supports our day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role that manages key capital projects, facility maintenance, IT systems, vendor relationships, and strategic operational initiatives across multiple sites.
Job ResponsibilitiesIn the Facilities & IT Manager position, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Facilities & Operations Management
- Oversee capital improvement projects, including budgeting, contractor coordination, and timelines.
- Manage facility inspections, preventative maintenance, and vendor relationships across all locations.
- Support and collaborate with local site staff and administrative supervisors on facility needs and local projects.
- Ensure facility security, emergency preparedness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee Ministry HQ vehicles.
- Perform basic facility repairs and occasional physical labor (lifting 50 lbs).
IT Systems & Support
- Provide leadership over all IT operations and infrastructure in partnership with a third-party IT Managed Services Provider.
- Manage IT-related projects such as system upgrades, equipment rollouts, and software implementation.
- Supervise the onsite Technical Support Specialist to ensure high-quality help desk and AV/telecom support.
- Oversee IT budgeting, license management, renewals, and vendor performance.
Project & Strategic Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership to lead cross-functional projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Contribute operational expertise to high-priority initiatives impacting multiple departments and locations.
Education:A four-year bachelor’s degree in business, communication, administration or related field
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, IT administration, operations, or similar roles.
- Proven project management experience, especially in a multi-site or nonprofit environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with vendors and in-house support staff.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform basic facility repairs and manage on-site needs when necessary.
- Alignment with the mission and values of Mercy Multiplied.
