Summary
As a Key Account Manager in Operations at DSV, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the transportation and logistics industry. You will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and oversee the operational aspects of their shipments. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and meet client needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts in the transportation and logistics industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet operational goals
- Oversee the operational aspects of client shipments, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and implement account strategies and plans
- Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present reports to clients and internal teams
Educational background / Work experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in key account management in the transportation and logistics industry
- Experience with supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution
