Mainframe Developer

for our premier client in

Dodgeville, WisconsinEducation and Experience »
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in mainframe development.
  • Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, and utilities (SORT, IDCAMS, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, batch/online processing, and change management tools (Endevor, ChangeMan, etc.).
  • Experience with performance tuning and debugging tools.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and database design in DB2.
  • Familiarity with job scheduling tools like CA-7, Control-M, or OPC.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, and other mainframe technologies.
  • Analyze, debug, and resolve issues in batch and online systems.
