Job DescriptionA-Line Staffing is now hiring Bilingual (Spanish) Case Management Coordinator in Mid Miami, FL.The Bilingual Case Management Coordinator would be working for a leading healthcare organization and has career growth potential. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

- Bilingual (Spanish) Case Management Coordinator Compensation
The pay for this position is $34.13 per hour.
Workers will receive mileage reimbursement for travel from home to members’ homes and back. - Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Bilingual (Spanish) Case Management Coordinator Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This role requires 50–75% travel for face-to-face visits with members in the Mid Miami area (zip codes: 33174, 33144, 33134, 33165, 33175, 33184, 33182, 33172, 33126).
Bilingual (Spanish) Case Management Coordinator Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face visits with members in their homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate all case management activities to evaluate the member’s medical needs and overall wellness.
- Manage a caseload that includes supportive and medically complex members.
- Determine appropriate services and supports including Prior Authorizations, Coordination with PCP and skilled providers, Condition management information, Medication review, and Community resources.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluation of members using care management tools and data review.
- Coordinate and implement assigned care plan activities, monitor care plan progress, and conduct multidisciplinary review for optimal outcomes.
- Provide coaching, education, and support to empower members in healthcare decision-making and lifestyle choices.
- Document case management activities in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Bilingual (Spanish) Case Management Coordinator Requirements
- One year of case management experience is required.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) – fluent reading, writing, and speaking.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
- Competent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Candidates must reside in the Mid Miami area.
Bilingual (Spanish) Case Management Coordinator Preferred Qualifications
- Case Management Certificate.
- Long Term Care experience.
- Managed Care experience.
