Qualified candidates should have4–6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience(those with up to 8 years will be considered). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of federal and state health care regulations and how they impact transactions and business operations in the health care industry. Experience drafting complex legal documents, managing sophisticated matters, and mentoring junior associates is strongly preferred.
The firm is seeking a collaborative, motivated, and well-rounded attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong academic credentials, exceptional writing and communication skills, and the ability to work directly with clients and senior partners. Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is preferred.
Qualifications
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active and in good standing with at least one state bar
Eligibility for timely admission to the Florida Bar (required as a condition of employment)
4–8 years of experience in health care regulatory and transactional law
Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills

The expected salary range for this position is$290,000 to $400,000, based on experience and qualifications.
