Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters including
- construction defects, general liability, and bodily injury claims
Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
Work closely with partners and clients to develop and execute effective case strategies
Provide high-quality, client-focused legal representation
