What is the job?
At Regal, every great story begins with the perfect setting and our Construction Project Manager makes it happen. From the first sketches of a new theatre to the moment the lights dim on opening night, you’ll be behind the scenes ensuring each project rolls out on time, on budget, and to cinematic perfection.
You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver spaces that bring people together for unforgettable movie experiences. If you thrive on managing complex productions, love seeing plans come to life, and know how to direct a crew toward success, this role could be your next big feature.
What will you be doing?
- As part of Regal’s real estate and construction team, you’ll:
- Direct the full project lifecycle — from concept design through grand opening — ensuring each theatre build is delivered on time, on budget, and on point.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, landlords, and contractors to ensure design and construction meet all technical, contractual, and creative requirements.
- Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cinematic quality.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and schedules while maintaining meticulous project documentation and progress reports.
- Oversee site visits, punch lists, warranties, and project closeouts to make sure every Regal location opens ready for showtime.
About you
You’ll shine in this role if you have:
- A degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of field construction management experience, preferably in commercial projects.
- Excellent project management skills — from scheduling to cost control to problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and familiarity with AutoCAD or other construction software.
- Willingness to travel extensively to construction sites — because sometimes, the best scenes are shot on location.
You’ll be a great fit if our values resonate with you:
We Create. We Perform. We Inspire.
At Regal, we don’t just build theatres — we build experiences.
