Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-drivenRegional Sales Managerto drive growth and develop strategic relationships with large food and beverage CPG clients. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding market share within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the assigned region.

Manage and expand existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and identifying upsell opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years of sales experience in rigid and/or flexible packaging, specifically selling to large food and beverage CPGs.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a sales territory.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel within the region as required.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
