POSITION:Dental Office Administrative AssistantLOCATION:San Diego, CASCHEDULE:Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMFACILITY/ORGANIZATION:
This position is with a well-established community healthcare organization serving the San Diego area. The organization provides comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to diverse patient populations across multiple clinic locations. The team is dedicated to improving access to quality care and ensuring a positive patient experience in a collaborative, professional environment.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a general office or administrative setting.
- Prior experience in a dental office strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with dental terminology, records filing, and electronic dental software such as NextGen, Dentrix, or EPIC preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute required.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and staff while maintaining a high level of accuracy and tact.
COMPENSATION:
- Hourly Pay Range:$25.03 – $31.64(based on experience)
