DescriptionKforce has a client in New York, NY that is seeking a strategic and experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the transformation of our Salesforce ecosystem. Summary: This role is ideal for someone passionate about designing scalable, AI-enabled solutions and driving innovation across Sales, Service, and Data Clouds. You will serve as the technical authority on Salesforce capabilities, platform limitations, and best practices-ensuring architectural integrity and delivering intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy and technical standards
- Lead the re-architecture of existing implementations into scalable, future-ready platforms
- Manage and optimize multi-org environments for seamless integration and data consistency
- Implement Einstein and Agentforce capabilities to enable AI-driven case resolution, predictive analytics, and automated workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and admins on architecture and reusable components
- Stay current on Salesforce innovations and recommend adoption paths for new features
- Oversee platform governance, data modeling, performance optimization, and compliance
Technical Skills:Preferred Certifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture principles and system design
- Experience managing multi-org environments and complex integrations, especially with AWS
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce development tools
- Hands-on experience with Sales, Service, Data, Experience, and Platform Clouds
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other relevant certifications
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
