About your role:
As a successful Program Manager, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our financial institution partners as part of our growing Digital Solutions business unit. We provide online banking and mobile financial services applications for over 2,300 financial institutions and millions of customers. You will serve a meaningful role in driving client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.
What you will do:
- Execute Digital Solutions initiatives with expertise in program management frameworks and best practices: define project plans, coordinate resources, manage implementation activities, and develop all process associated with program rollout and ongoing support
- Lead initiatives to support our clients’ needs - work with Product Managers, product development, and client account management teams to build, optimize, and bring products & programs to market
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while delivering work on time
- Drive cross-functional teams and collaborate closely and communicate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure alignment of goals and tasks
- Lead, track, and report project performance, resource allocations, cost, and quality
- Proficiently execute against key business success metrics including financial targets and client experience metrics
- Proactively drive action through collaboration and flexibility
- Support deployments for financial institution clients, which typically occur outside of standard business hours
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in business and IT program & project management
- 4+ years of experience in effectively driving delivery of products to clients
- 4+ years of experience with client facing responsibilities and communication
- Strong experience in data-driven management, metrics, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field required
What would be great to have:
- 3+ years of experience in digital banking, or Financial Services & FinTech industries
- PMP or equivalent professional project management certification
- Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
- Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably Azure
