As a critical brand marketing leader, this position is instrumental in bringing that vision to life.
In the strategic role of Senior Brand Manager, Core Menu, reporting directly to the Vice President of Brand Marketing you will be responsible for playing a key role in identifying insights, managing and optimizing our core menu, leading cross-functional teams, designing strategic marketing plans, and launching new products and platforms to drive brand relevance and sales growth.

Position Accountabilities
- Manages ongoing menu optimization and improvements from opportunity identification and strategy formulation through product and design development, testing, measurement, and execution.
- Actively develops and executes strategic growth plans for core menu platforms and other assigned brand initiatives.
- Leads insight-driven development of new core products and value propositions.
- Develops and articulates strategic positioning for assigned products, platforms, and initiatives to guide creative development and other marketing execution.
- Independently manages cross-functional projects and timelines to project completion with teams such as R&D, Advertising, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, Operations, Supply Chain,Finance, IT and Agency Partners.
- Acts as a brand steward, having a deep knowledge of the brand positioning and consumer mindsets and applies this consistently across all marketing activities.
Employment Standards
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field, Masters degree preferred.Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in retail, restaurant, or consumer packaged goods is required.
- Proven ability to lead projects, challenges, and opportunities from strategy creation to final execution process. Experience working with cross-functional teams that bring new products and promotions to market.
- Expert project management skills. Six Sigma training is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to interact and influence at senior levels of the organization.
- Analytical ability to understand how to assess the impact of programs and initiatives.
- Ability to proactively develop creative solutions.
- High energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- High level of personal responsibility and integrity. Must be personally committed to executing at a high standard and bringing a high level of passion to the work.
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Individual must live in the Tampa area and is required to be in the Restaurant Support Center or Innovation Center 3 days per week, at a minimum.
- Ability to Travel for meetings, innovation sessions, photo shoots, etc.
