We are seeking a compassionate Housing Stabilization Case Manager to join a nonprofit team providing support to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their housing.

- Manage a caseload of individuals and families by conducting needs assessments, developing individualized housing stabilization plans, and providing ongoing support to help clients secure and maintain stable housing.
- Connect clients to housing resources, rental assistance, and supportive services such as employment programs, financial literacy training, and mental or behavioral health care, while advocating on their behalf with landlords, agencies, and community partners.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with local service providers, landlords, and property managers to increase housing opportunities and remove barriers for clients.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely case records, document progress and outcomes, and ensure compliance with program policies and all applicable regulations.
- Respond to crises as needed, helping clients navigate urgent housing challenges and linking them to emergency assistance or appropriate community resources.
Case Manager Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Previous case management, housing services, or social services experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of housing systems, landlord-tenant law, and local resources is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
