Coordinate Project Calendar for Discovery, JAR and JAD Sessions.
- Maintain the Consolidated Design Calendar for OB.
- Schedule and facilitate Discovery, Requirements Gathering, Design Sessions, and Document Walkthroughs to support technical and stakeholder teams in the delivery of Enhancement Releases and Product Upgrades.
- Schedule and facilitate OB Call Center (CSS/IVR)sessions for enhancements.
- Schedule and facilitate OB Document Management(EDMS) sessions for enhancements.
- Review, comment, and/or approve Functional Design Documents submitted by technical teams for enhancements.
- Track the status of all OB Functional Design Documents.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, their project managers, and contributing teams.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all OB Program-related scheduling issues and document handling.
