Accounting Administrator
Kraemer North America is currently looking for anAccounting Administratorto join our team in our Plain, WI location. The Accounting Administrator provides comprehensive financial service in a timely and accurate manner. Performs various accounting related duties and procedures for payroll and accounts payable. Coordinates administrative reports & financial summaries for payroll. Process accounts payable transmittals and batches. Provides quality customer service to both internal and external customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
- Process weekly payrolls.
- Review regional A/P batches for proper coding, approval, accuracy, and sales/use tax.
- Enter data for A/P invoices, expense accounts, and payroll related vouchers.
- Process periodic tax, union, and miscellaneous accounting reports.
- Set up employee deductions (garnishments, child support, etc.)
- Respond to internal and external requests for reports.
- Distribute miscellaneous accounting reports to upper management.
- Perform bank, general ledger, and other reconciliations.
- Process A/P check runs and related documentation.
- Interact with vendors concerning tax, union, invoice status, and payments.
- Stay current on tax changes and rates in multiple states.
- Provide customer service via phone, email, general inquiries, etc.
- Track and report various paid time off information.
- Perform general data entry and filing, meshing, locating, and copying of A/P documents.
- Serve as backup data processor for A/P department.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting, finance or related field; or minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in computer-based reporting, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with employment related tax laws.

Base salary is dependent on multiple factors: education, experience, skills, market rates, internal equity and/or location.
