Location:Boston, MA– Onsite 4 days/week

Salary Range:Up to $190,000 base + 0–40% bonusIntroduction

This platform delivers a comprehensive view of institutional and wealth clients across private markets, enabling data-driven insights, enhanced client reporting, and scalable digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep experience indata product managementwithinasset management or private markets, along with strong hands-on technical skills inSQL and Python.

This hybrid role offers flexibility — with18 remote workdays per quarter— and an opportunity to make a significant impact by transforming how client, investor, and account data is unified across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 7–12 years of experience leading data products, developing data strategies, or managing products withinasset management, private markets, or financial services.

  • Demonstrated expertise inSQLand
  • Python
  • for data validation and prototyping.

  • Strong understanding ofdata governance, MDM, data models, and
  • entity resolution
  • .

  • Proven ability to translate business goals intoscalable, high-quality technical data requirements.

  • Deep fluency inprivate markets— including
  • LP/GP structures, fund vehicles, evergreen products
  • , and
  • client reporting
  • .

  • Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience withSalesforce, Kurtosys, DealCloud, or eFrontintegrations.

  • Hands-on familiarity withagile methodologiessuch as Scrum or Kanban.

  • Strong commercial mindset — able to connect data features to client value and business outcomes.

  • Track record of drivingoperational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead theClient 360 product vision and roadmapaligned with the firm’s growth strategy.

  • Define and prioritize features and data domains to unifyclient, investor, and account data.

  • Manageagile delivery, including product backlogs, release plans, and iteration cycles.

  • UseSQL and Pythonto interrogate datasets, validate requirements, and support backlog refinement.

  • Translate business needs intotechnical requirementsensuring scalability, data quality, and performance.

  • Collaborate withData Engineering, Product, Platform, and commercial teamsto deliver business value.

  • Define and maintaindata modelsfor clients, investors, vehicles, and relationships.

  • Integrate Client 360 withcore platformsto support client reporting and digital experiences.
