- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analysts, UX, Engineering, QA) to define and deliver secure, scalable identity management solutions.
- Drive the product roadmap for authentication, authorization, and identity verification features.
- Make strategic decisions that balance security, user experience, and business value within time and budget constraints.
- Act as a subject matter expert in IAM, contributing to product enhancements that address evolving security threats and compliance requirements.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate security capabilities and gather feedback.
- Support go-to-market strategies with accurate documentation, including security whitepapers, implementation guides, and compliance checklists.
- Analyze market trends, threat landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy.
- Monitor product usage and security metrics to guide continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
What you will need to have:
BS/BA in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical/business field.4+ years in product management, preferably in cybersecurity or identity management.- Deep understanding of secure software development practices and Agile methodologies.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15%.

- Strong knowledge of IAM protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect), MFA, and zero trust principles.

Important info about this role:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
