Duties and Responsibilities of the Registered Dietitian:
- Direct, supervise and coordinate all the functions and activities and related to clinical nutritional care.
- Develop, or review and revise, and implement policies and procedures to assure compliance with JCAHO standards, and federal and state regulations, laws, and guidelines.
- Develop the monthly Performance Improvement Clinical Nutrition Report.
- Develop and implement plans to facilitate the provision of high quality and appropriate nutrition care to residents.
- Participate or lead interdisciplinary teams, committees, and FS mangers meetings.
Requirements of the Registered Dietitian:
- Must have experience as a Registered Dietitian
- Must have Sigma Care experience and PDPM knowledge
- Must have experience in long-term care/skilled nursing
- Will be responsible for the clinical aspect of Dietary
