Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-drivenRegional Sales Managerto drive growth and develop strategic relationships with large food and beverage CPG clients. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding market share within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging sales, a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the assigned region.
Identify, target, and establish relationships with large CPG companies in the food and beverage market.
Manage and expand existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and identifying upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to deliver customized packaging solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to maximize profitability while ensuring long-term partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of sales experience in rigid and/or flexible packaging, specifically selling to large food and beverage CPGs.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a sales territory.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel within the region as required.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
