Camp SunSparrow Team Leader

Would you like the opportunity to grow in leadership and service? We are looking for Camp SunSparrow Team Leaders wo will be assisting the Program Coordinator in leadership and support of the campers and volunteers for their spiritual, emotional, relational and physical needs. Team Leaders will help in the daily functions and activities of camp for the campers and volunteers. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate a love for others, a desire to serve and seeking opportunities to grow in leadership. While providing the details and fun of the daily camp activities and supporting and following all guidelines and instruction given by the Developmental Disabilities Ministries Coordinator. Evening and overnight supervision of the volunteers will be a requirement of the Leadership position and must be at least 18 years of age.
Contracted, seasonal position $410/week. 2026 dates of contract period will be middle or end of July to the end of August. The employee in this position is required to live on the camp premises. All housing and meals are provided during the contract period.
