Requirements of 11PM-7AM Night RN :
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to work as a team member with the nurses and nurse aides. Understanding of the behavior and needs of elderly people. Ability to communicate effectively to the residents, families, visitors and staff. Accuracy in documentation is essential.
Qualifications of 11PM-7AM Night RN:
