Assistant Kitchen Manager
Mount Hermon (Santa Cruz Mountains in California) is hiring a year-round full-time Assistant Kitchen Manager. Salary range is between $19.50-$28.75 an hour (depending on experience) and full benefits are included (medical, dental, vision, etc).
The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with organizing, managing, and coordinating our Conference Center kitchen, daily food operations, kitchen staff, and all caterings. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure that excellent quality food is provided to guests with the goal of maintaining the ultimate Mount Hermon dining experience and to bless and minister guests and staff in a manner consistent with Mount Hermon's mission, vision and values.
