Candidate Profile

  • JDfrom atop-tier law schoolwith a
  • strong academic record
  • Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction
  • 7+ yearsof substantive experience incomplex litigationwith a focus on
  • class actions
  • Extensive experiencedefending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to:
  • Employment discrimination
    • ,
  • workplace privacy
    • , and
  • EEOC/DOL
    • matters
  • Wage and hour claims
    • ,
  • statutory

  • common law privacy issues
  • Products liability

  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills
