Candidate Profile
- JDfrom atop-tier law schoolwith a
- strong academic record
- Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction
- 7+ yearsof substantive experience incomplex litigationwith a focus on
- class actions
- Extensive experiencedefending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to:
- Employment discrimination ,
- workplace privacy , and
- EEOC/DOL matters
- Wage and hour claims ,
- statutory or
- common law privacy issues
- Products liability and
- consumer fraud disputes
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues
Key Responsibilities
- Litigate a variety of
