What You’ll Do:
Lead HCM system enhancements, configurations, and optimizations
Provide functional and technical support across HR, Payroll, Benefits & Compensation
Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business teams to implement solutions
Support integrations, reporting, and data integrity across multiple ERP systems
Conduct UAT, system testing, and release management
What We’re Looking For:
7-10 years of HCM experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP
Expertise in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Core HR modules
Strong background in system configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations
SQL & reporting tools proficiency (PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP)
Experience managing security roles, compliance, and user access
Great communication & collaboration skills to work across business units
Bonus Points If You Have:
Certifications in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft
Experience in HCM system migrations & integrations
Background in healthcare or highly regulated industries
