What does a successful OnBase Application Analyst do at Fiserv?
A successful OnBase Application Analyst at Fiserv configures, integrates and optimizes OnBase solutions to align with business workflows, security and compliance, and acts as a collaborative technical liaison who delivers reliable, auditable ECM outcomes.
What you will do:
- Design, configure and maintain OnBase solutions (Processor Models, Workflow, Unity) and integrations to support business needs.
- Analyze business processes, recommend and implement application improvements and automation to increase efficiency and delivery performance.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, resolve user‑reported issues and participate in on‑call rotations with flexible scheduling.
- Collaborate with application peers, infrastructure, security and business stakeholders to optimize end‑to‑end workflows and enforce access/compliance controls.
- Document runbooks, configurations and changes; provide technical support and training; monitor system health and performance using observability tools and metrics.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of hands‑on OnBase administration and development experience.
- Experience with 3 monitoring/observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Moogsoft) and 2 service/project systems (ServiceNow, Clarity).
- Demonstrated experience supporting production applications, including participation in on‑call rotations and cross‑functional troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
