- Scheduling and coordinating meetings for the Vice Chair and Chief Administrative Officer of Radiology
- Managing Radiology conference room calendars
- Acting as backup support for the Director and Associate Director’s administrative staff
- Greeting visitors, managing mail and deliveries, and maintaining organized work areas
- Monitoring and ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinating repairs for copy machines, printers, and mail machines
- Printing and distributing patient correspondence (Mammography, Lung, and Act 112 letters)
- Assisting with meeting setup, calendar and telephone coverage, and overall office organization
- Ensuring a clean and professional environment within administrative and on-call areas
